Matthew 17:5 While he yet spoke, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, hear you him.      This is the second time in the gospel accounts that a voice from heaven validated Jesus as the beloved Son of God. The bible says that in the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.  God himself used his voice to established Jesus as his beloved Son. God also established that he was well pleased with his Son.       On the mount of transfiguration Jesus had Peter, James and John as his witnesses of what happened that day. For them, even above all what they saw, the most important thing that happened was what they heard. Ecclesiastes 10:18  By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through. Have you ever seen the movie Groundhog Day. It is a movie about a man who relives the same day over and over again with the same results each day. No matter how hard he tries, the day ends up the same! He has no forward progress. He ends up right were he started. Have you ever felt that way? I know I have! I believe most of us, if we are honest, have found ourselves in this position at some point in our lives. The bible calls this type of situation idleness. The basic meaning of the word idle is: To be groundless, useless or worthless. It's more than being lazy for a season. Idleness in a real sense is a way of life. This type of existence has no forward momentum. At the very best you stay the same. But in most cases over time you loose ground. Joshua 10:8 And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have delivered them into thine hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.      In poker four kings is a very good hand. In the bible found in the book of Joshua chapter ten we find five kings who are a type and shadow of fear which is a very bad hand.The five kings were the kings of the Amorites. The bible says that God is good and that God is a Holy Spirit. When God opens a hot spot it is good, holy and full of Spirit activity designed to progress his plans and purposes in the earth. I believe He is calling to us with such a strong voice. The total fulfillment of His whole word is at hand.
