  Isaiah 26:3 Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusts in thee.       When the word perfect is used to describe something, it is saying that, that certain something is as good as it is possible for it to be. The word peace means freedom from disturbance. This means the absence of all violent or confrontational activity within or without that certain something. Perfect peace means complete freedom from every type of disturbance that could possibly affect man.       For us to have peace, we feel the need for  our relationships, our health and our finances to be free of disturbance.
