He was very busy, but his life did not have any meaning. All he had was an existence. All of his responsibilities did not fill the empty place inside his heart. Matthew 11:2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?      The basic meaning of the word transition is a change or passing from one to another. The one key factor in every transition is time. There is a set time for every transition to take place. God is the master of the time of transition. He knows the exact moment a change or passing should take place in order for maximum impact to occur for everyone effected by the transition.       Such was the case of the transition of the ministry of John the Baptist to the ministry of Jesus Christ. John was called by God to preach to the nation of Israel. His message was clear and simple. His voice cried out Repent You: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 1John 1:2 For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us.      The life of our Father who is in heaven has always existed. He has no beginning and he has no end. This means our heavenly Father's nature is of an eternal nature. This means if you are a child of God you have access to his eternal nature. Why? Because children carry the traits of the parents naturally. Therefore the life that is the Father should begin to manifest in your every day life because you are his child. His characteristics and behavior should be a normal part of your every day life.
