HEAR YOU HIM!

Image
Matthew 17:5 While he yet spoke, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, hear you him.      This is the second time in the gospel accounts that a voice from heaven validated Jesus as the beloved Son of God. The bible says that in the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.  God himself used his voice to established Jesus as his beloved Son. God also established that he was well pleased with his Son.       On the mount of transfiguration Jesus had Peter, James and John as his witnesses of what happened that day. For them, even above all what they saw, the most important thing that happened was what they heard. All three heard a voice from the middle of a bright cloud say This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, hear you him!       This was the first time they supernaturally heard a voice from heaven say Hear You Him with so much power and authorit

Through The Fire

Psalm 66:12 Thou has caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and water: but thou brought us out into a wealthy place.      The bible says that God will prove you. If you are a son or daughter of the most high God, alive in the earth today, then let me say to you loud and clear; "IT IS ONLY A TEST"! But know this you are not alone! He is in the middle of the test with you.       He is the one taking you through the fire. It is his hand that you hold! This test you are in he designed just for you. But know this, he has already given you what you need to make it through the fire to the other side.       On the other side is a good place closer to HIM. God is good and perfect. He has said "Be you perfect ". This word perfect in a sense means to be sincere. It means to be free from pretense or deceit. It also means to be genuine, real and honest.       This is the way he proves us. Why? So we will know what is in us. He takes us through the fire be

AN IDLE LIFE

Ecclesiastes 10:18  By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through. Have you ever seen the movie Groundhog Day. It is a movie about a man who relives the same day over and over again with the same results each day. No matter how hard he tries, the day ends up the same! He has no forward progress. He ends up right were he started. Have you ever felt that way? I know I have! I believe most of us, if we are honest, have found ourselves in this position at some point in our lives. The bible calls this type of situation idleness. The basic meaning of the word idle is: To be groundless, useless or worthless. It's more than being lazy for a season. Idleness in a real sense is a way of life. This type of existence has no forward momentum. At the very best you stay the same. But in most cases over time you loose ground. If we are idle in our relationships, health and money, we loose ground. If idle hands in a natural life can cau
