Abide and I Say Abide

John 15:4-5 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same bring forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing.      The subject of one of our past blogs was the key to an open heaven. Once the heavens have been opened we must stand in obedience to God's word to keep them open! In other words we must abide!       The word abide means to endure, remain, last, or reside with patience. The word abide can be applied to a place, condition, or a relationship. The word abide as it applies to our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ  means to remain and endure with patience.        Jesus gave us clear instruction on how to abide with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Abiding with Christ gives us the power to abide with the Father and Holy Spirit also because all three are one. The three are God. The bib
